STAR Touring & Riding Chapter 208 invites motorcycle enthusiasts to ride with us regardless of the make and model of your bike. We are a family-oriented group which meets and rides monthly. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 PM. The meeting site and date may change so be sure to check the Ride/Events Page or contact one of our officers if you'd like to attend. Rides are generally held the following Saturday or Sunday and are typically half-day to all-day events.

In addition to our formal monthly rides we participate in the annual Memorial Day Rolling Thunder® event in Washington, DC as well as local and regional charity events, including Ride for Kids® and fundraisers for Feed the Children, STAR's nationally sponsored charity. From teddy bear runs to benefit local children's wards, poker runs for other local charities and regional and national events there is always a worthwhile cause to add purpose to your experience with the open road. Smaller groups of members meet up for informal fun rides on any weekend when the weather is nice.

We extend a special invitation to women riders and to all riders at all levels of experience.
New riders and those returning to the sport after an extended absence will receive guidance and advice on safety, maintenance and group riding techniques.

STAR Richmond Chapter #208 was established in October 2001. Starting with 16 charter members, the chapter continues to bring fun times and enjoyment to all members. Chapter meetings are scheduled on the third Thursday of each month. We meet at Commonwealth Power Sports at 6:30 pm. We have scheduled monthly chapter rides generally on either the Saturday or Sunday following the chapter meetings. All riders and bikes of any kind are welcome.
