all but one of the Virginia
STAR Chapters attended the State Picnic hosted by
Chapter 223 in
Lynchburg,
VA. A total of 54 members attended representing eight Chapters. Virginia Beach
Chapter 188 traveled the farthest at about 220 miles. Everybody enjoyed the day,
despite the clouds and cool temperature.
